Dear Parents,

Kindly read the following online instructions before you fill in the information for Class NURSERY to Class I admission which will be available on the school website www.stangelasophiajaipur.in (ONLY ONLINE REGISTRATION).

From 1st December 2025 TO 10th January 2026


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fill-in all the required information as indicated in the form. Incomplete / wrongly filled form will not be accepted.
  2. Submit only one application form per candidate.
  3. Children born between
    01st April 2019 and 31st March 2020 for Class I
    01st April 2020 and 31st March 2021 for HKG
    01st April 2021 and 31st March 2022 for LKG
    01st April 2022 and 31st March 2023 for Nursery
    are eligible for admission.
  4. Online Payment of ₹1000/- should be paid towards administrative and admission process charges for the academic year 2026-2027.
  5. After submitting online form, take a print-out of the same and submit it to the School Office along with the printout of the online transaction details.
    (The above charges are NON-REFUNDABLE in case rejection / disqualification. No claim will be entertained, whatsoever).

  6. The original and photocopy of Municipal birth certificate (The original certificate will be returned after verification).
  7. Latest Mark Sheet of the student. No Marksheet required for Nursery Admission.
  8. Address Proof (Photocopy of Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport/Electricity Bill/Driving License etc., any one of them).
  9. Recent family Photograph (post card size)
  10. Proof of sibling if Studying in Sophia(Latest Report Card of the sibling)In case of Ex-Angelites – Photocopy of Ex-Angelites membership card.

The decisions carried out pertaining to the admission process are totally under the purview of the school admission committee / management. Its decision shall remain final and binding.
